Net 30. Freight prepaid and added. Packing charges apply to dry and blue ice shipments. Payment in USD only; drafts drawn against US banks. Please contact our office for wire transfer instructions. Expenses pursuant to international monetary transactions are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Items sent to you due to our error are immediately returnable at our expense. Items found to be unsatisfactory will be credited to your account or replaced free of charge. Shipments damaged in transit should be retained and reported within 7 days of receipt to the Customer Service Department at 1 (800) 536-7232. Items received by you due to your error are not returnable and will not be credited to your account: we regret any inconvenience but such returns cannot be accepted due to chain-of-custody considerations. Return authorization is required in all cases.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES AND WARRANTY

Products purchased directly from Molecular Toxicology, Inc. (Moltox) are shipped in accordance with the specifics of your purchase order. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the product or products for their application. Spoiled or damaged products will be replaced or a credit issued; your satisfaction is guaranteed. Products purchased from distributors are subject to the terms and conditions of same.

This constitutes the entire warranty of Moltox and Moltox disclaims and excludes any other warranties or representations, express or implied or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of a patent, trademark or other intellectual property right. Moltox will not be liable for any causes of action or damages, including any special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of provision of products, including damage arising from acts of negligence on the part of Moltox, its agents or employees. In purchasing Moltox products, you expressly release and discharge Moltox from all such causes of action or damage.
