TERMS
Net 30. Freight prepaid and added. Packing
charges apply to dry and blue ice shipments.
Payment in USD only; drafts drawn against US
banks. Please contact our office for wire
transfer instructions. Expenses pursuant to
international monetary transactions are the
responsibility of the buyer. Over Due accounts
may be assessed interest accruing at 1.5% per
month.
SHIPPING
All international dry ice and blue ice shipments
will be made Mondays. Domestic dry ice
and blue ice shipments will be made Monday
through Thursday. All other items may be
shipped Monday through Friday. All dry ice
shipments will be made via Federal Express
unless otherwise requested. All other shipments
will be made via FED EX and UPS unless otherwise
requested.
RETURN POLICY
Items sent to you due to our error are
immediately returnable at our expense. Items
found to be unsatisfactory will be credited to
your account. Items received by you due to your
error are not returnable and will not be
credited to your account: we regret any
inconvenience but such returns cannot be
accepted due to chain of custody considerations.
Return authorization is required in all cases.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES AND WARRANTY
Products are shipped in accordance with the
specifics of your purchase order. Spoiled
products or products found to be unsatisfactory
will be replaced or a credit issued; your
satisfaction is guaranteed. This constitutes the
entire warranty of Molecular Toxicology,
Inc. (Moltox) and Moltox disclaims and excludes
any other warranties or representations, express
or implied or statutory, including any special,
indirect or consequential damages, arising out
of provision of products, including damage
arising from acts of negligence on the part of
Moltox, its agents or employees. In purchasing
Moltox products, you expressly release and
discharge Moltox from all such causes of action
or damage. |
