Over Due accounts may be assessed interest accruing at 1.5% per month. SHIPPING All international dry ice and blue ice shipments will be made Mondays. Domestic dry ice and blue ice shipments will be made Monday through Thursday. All other items may be shipped Monday through Friday. All dry ice shipments will be made via Federal Express unless otherwise requested. All other shipments will be made via FED EX and UPS unless otherwise requested. RETURN POLICY Items sent to you due to our error are immediately returnable at our expense. Items found to be unsatisfactory will be credited to your account. Items received by you due to your error are not returnable and will not be credited to your account: we regret any inconvenience but such returns cannot be accepted due to chain of custody considerations.
